Barbie™ Ultimate Staycation

1. Barbie™ Themed Rooms floor is situated on Level 33 of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
2. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
3. Deposit is required upon check-in at MYR 300 per room per night with an additional MYR 1,000 per room per stay.
4. Guests will be escorted directly to Barbie™ Themed Rooms floor from the Ground Lobby for personalized check-in upon arrival.
5. Access to Barbie™ Themed Rooms floor is strictly for registered guests only. 
6. Complimentary basement parking for registered guests is available on first come first served basis.
7. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Weekdays) and 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Weekends & Public Holidays).
8. Additional reservation(s) is subject to availability.

Stay Ticket for Barbie™ Themed Rooms

1. Ticket admits the specified number of person and can only be redeemed on the specified check-in date.
2. Ticket must be presented upon check-in with proper identification.
3. Rate is per room per night for the specified number of persons. Extension of stay is subject to availability, please reach out to barbie.kuagh@hyatt.com upon completion of this booking with your details (Ticket Number, Full Name, Contact Number and Email Address).
4. Additional charges may apply for additional guest(s). Maximum 3 adults per room.
5. Room, theme and view assignment will be arranged based on availability and at random. No advanced selections are allowed.
6. Room is inclusive of Barbie™ amenities provided on a one-time basis. Standard amenities will be provided for any additional requests.
7. Room is inclusive of one-time complimentary minibar per stay.
8. In-room Barbie™ merchandises are only for play purposes during the stay. Please contact our Guest Experience Ambassador should you wish to purchase any.
9. Ticket is inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) but excluding mandatory government fees and incidental charge.
10. From now until December 31, 2022, Tourism Tax of MYR 10 flat rate per room imposed on all foreign guests will be exempted.
11. Ticket is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, packages, discounts and existing bookings, and is not valid for any loyalty programme benefits.
12. Ticket is non-refundable, non-cancellable, not for commercial use, not redeemable for cash or substitutions for any other products or services other than specified.
13. Any unauthorized transfer, sale or reproduction constitutes fraud.
14. Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this ticket and to request alternative forms of payment if this ticket is found to be fraudulently obtained or used.
